Talk about a project you have worked on previously (you can even link to that page so they can look at your portfolio). Talk about the client's pain points, design problem, solution you came up with, and the result and transformation. I know this is a lot, BUT it makes the difference to potential clients shopping ALL other edesigner's websites. If you don't take the time to list these things out, define them, answer these questions - someone else WILL and HAS and they are getting clients over you.
